Patrick A. Delgado

  

He has been associated with the firm since 2014. He is a graduate from the State University of New York at Albany and attended Hofstra Law School. His main areas or practice include the defense of automobile, premises and Labor Law matters. He has tried numerous cases and appeared at many arbitrations. He previously served as a sergeant in the United States Army and is currently a volunteer firefighter/EMT.

Dana Preston

Dana is a graduate of St. John’s University School of Law, having received her J.D in June, 1989.  She was admitted in the Second Department in 1990.  She has worked as an attorney in the field of civil litigation on the defense side for over 20 years, having taken some time off to raise her three children.   She started practicing in 1989 with the firm, worked as in house counsel for State Farm Insurance Company, raised her family, returned part time to the firm thereafter and has been back full time since 2023.  

George Geng

    George earned his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law in 2023. During law school, he clerked at the Queens County District Attorney’s Office, gaining valuable litigation experience.

He was admitted to practice law in New York by the Appellate Division, Second Department, in December 2023, and is also licensed in New Jersey, as well as the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

Since joining the firm in August 2023, George has focused his practice on personal injury and premises liability matters. His work includes drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, and arguing motions in court. Within his first year of practice, he has conducted over 100 depositions 

Rivka Aizenman

Rivka graduated summa cum laude from Queens College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with honors. She earned her Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where she was awarded the Citation of Excellence in Alternative Dispute Resolution Law. Rivka was admitted to practice by the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Judicial Department in 2025. Her practice focuses on construction and general tort litigation including labor law, personal injury, and premises liability. Rivka is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association.

Daniel Jager

 Daniel graduated from Touro University and then went on to earn his JD from the Cardozo School of Law in 2021. He is admitted to the New York State Bar as well as the New Jersey State Bar. Daniel defends clients in matters ranging from construction accidents and labor law issues, to premises liability, motor vehicle and trucking accidents, and defense of transportation entities. He is also regularly involved in appellate work and has argued cases before the Appellate Division. 

Sabrina Kushner

  Sabrina Kushner currently resides in Mineola, New York. Sabrina graduated from the State University of New York (SUNY) College at Cortland in 2021. She graduated with honors cum laude earning a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. While at SUNY Cortland, she was also inducted into Alpha Phi Sigma, the national criminal justice honor society.  

Sabrina graduated from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2024, earning her JD. While attending Hofstra’s law school, she gained practical experience through two clinical programs, where she represented clients in court under a student practice order. She also served as a research assistant, contributing to the publication of scholarly articles in law journals. Sabrina brings a diverse background to her practice, having previously worked at firms specializing in immigration, criminal justice, as well as labor and employment law. As the daughter of Russian immigrants, Sabrina is a first-generation American whose background has shaped her commitment to advocacy. 

               She is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.

Sabrina was admitted to practice by the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, in the Second Judicial Department, in 2025. She became an Associate with the firm in 2025. Her practice consists of construction and general tort litigation including personal injury, labor law, and premises liability.
